RCOS by EcoHubs, applied to Fruit Haven

RCOS - Regenerative Community Operating System.

RCOS is an open-source, shared system for organizing intentional communities, created by EcoHubs. This website contains the artifacts produced by applying the RCOS framework to the Fruit Haven ecovillage. Not a demo — this is the live structure Fruit Haven actually runs on, published openly to show that RCOS works and as a worked example of how an outcome looks in practice.

What is RCOS?

A shared operating system for intentional communities.

RCOS is an open-source, shared system for organizing intentional communities. It gives you clear, ready-to-use structures for decision-making, roles, resource sharing, and handling conflicts — so you can focus on building your community instead of figuring everything out from scratch. Created by EcoHubs.

What is Fruit Haven?

The community living the blueprint.

Fruit Haven is an ecovillage applying the RCOS framework to its governance and operations. Our primary purpose is to cultivate and sustain a resilient, health-oriented, ecologically regenerative, and consciously cooperative human community living in alignment with nature. We also focus on cultivating fruits and vegetables through permaculture, promoting raw vegan or fruitarian lifestyles, and ecosystem restoration.
